My Friday Well-Being Class 2021

My Friday Well-Being Class 2021, Friday May 21st

This Trimester I have really enjoyed my classes because of the time it gave me and my friends to spend time together doing our work and how we helped each other with our work. I also enjoyed my Friday wellbeing class because of how we got to learn about bullying and how to deal with it and other things to help your wellbeing. I really enjoyed this class because

Here is a famous quote about bullying

40 BULLYING QUOTES! ideas | bullying quotes, bullying, quotes

My style of learning that I enjoy is physical because I like exercising and spending time with my friends while doing so.

Resilience - 19.03.21

Today in Our year 9 class Ollie Mount and I discussed in a group about resilience and how its good to have our Individual strength.

Here are the questions we discussed

What are individual strengths?

Individual strengths are specific things an individual person is good at.

Why is it important that people have different strengths?

It is important that people have different strengths because we need people to have different professions and jobs.

What are some things to be mindful of when working with people who have different strengths?

That they won't always think the way you do and they won't always have the same opinion.

How could different strengths be used to our advantage in group work?

You could use everyone's different strengths to create something really cool.

How can we develop our strengths?

We can develop our strengths mostly by practicing and being resilient.

How do our strengths help us reach our goals?

Because you can use your strengths to your abilities and help you reach where you want to.
