Mrs Frisby and the rats of NIMH is the new book that we are reading this term and I have enjoyed so far. The novel relates the plight of a widowed field mouse, Mrs. Frisby, who needs the help of a group of laboratory rats and mice in rescuing her home from destruction by a farmer's plow and saving Timothy from pneumonia This book is written by Robert C. O'brien and the illustrator
is Zena bernstein this book was released on the 1 of june 1970. I predict that the cat, dragon is going to get
sick and the rats are going to do something bad and I also think they are building something because they
were dragging a cable into their hole.

You will be really excited about how this story unfolds Giacomo! It is one of my favourite books because you never quite know how things are going to turn out for Mrs Frisby... and the heroes aren't who you would expect!

ReplyDeleteI'm more curious to know why someone is called Mrs Frisby - She doesn't happen to have frisbys as hands or something...? Regardless, sounds like a happening book.
